State Police arrested 30 year old Donald Turner of Binghamton and 28 year old Matthew Edwards of Endicott for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Troopers investigated a theft of scrap metal from the Stadium International in Conklin, the 2 men allegedly stole scrap metal from this business and then sold it at Weitsman’s Scrap Yard in Binghamton. Turner and Edwards face court action on June 9th.
