The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office 18 year old Dylan Whitman of Greene for 3rd degree Grand Larceny, for allegedly stealing property exceeding $3,000 from a Town of Smithville residence. Whitman was arraigned at the Town of Greene Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility. Whitman is to appear in the Town of Smithville Court at a later date.
