The State Division of Criminal Justice Services announced that the missing persons report regarding 34 year old Chelsea Nicholson of Oneonta was canceled as of 9:00 AM this morning, she was reported missing on Tuesday morning and was last seen driving a red Kia in Oneonta, she was reported to be safe by Oneonta Police & no other details were released.

Governor Hochul said that similar reforms against Auto Insurance fraud were implemented in Florida, where insurance premiums were reduced on average by 20%, she is hoping the the state legislature will pass these reforms this session.

The Susquehanna SPCA responded to the another call of farm animals left abandoned in Guilford last weekend, where the animals were surrendered to the SPCA by the owners, the SPCA acquired a farm last year in order to process and take care of these types of rescues, according to Director Stacie Haynes:

Haynes said that they are able to take on these types of cases from a larger demographic area now that they have a farm & staff, and they passed an inspection under the new Companion Animal Care Standards Act for Shelters and Rescues, following a recent inspection, more information is available at (607)547-8111.

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman has accepted the Republican party nomination for Governor of New York. Blakeman’s nomination comes a day after Antonio Delgado dropped out of the race where he was hoping to upset his former boss and force a primary, Polling showed that Delgado was behind among Democrats by a 6 to 1 margin, in the recent Sienna Poll Hochul has about a 3 to 1 margin over Blakeman.

She was last seen driving a 2013 red Kia SUV with New York license plate LGJ-4364 on Franklin Street in the city of Oneonta, at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 10.
