The Occupational Safety and Health Administration may fine the Chicago Construction Company of Endicott about $4700 dollars in penalties after Keith Totten of Port Crane was critically injured when he was run over by a bulldozer at a job site in Binghamton. Totten sustained leg, hip and pelvis injuries in the incident, He spent 70 days in the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
