Beckwith said that the company is looking for a temporary site in order to continue meeting their workload. Upturn employs about 30 people and manufactures components for the Aerospace industry.<\/p>\n

The arrests resulted from a vehicle stop in Sidney; both subjects were issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Sidney Court on June 27th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n ———————-<\/p>\n State Troopers from Binghamton arrested\u00a023-year-old Stephen Webber<\/strong> of Dingman’s Ferry, Pennsylvania for Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
