The Southern Tier Music Festival scheduled for Sidney on July 1st, has added another Country Music Act to their lineup, Ed Curley is one of the organizers of the event & he told WCDO who has been added to the bill:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United Way of Mid Rural New York announced their campaign results for Chenango County as well as the Delaware & Otsego Chapter today, Executive Director Elizabeth Monaco explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monaco said that the Delaware & Otsego County results was $105,000 dollars, money raised will go to a variety of local organizations in all 3 counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smith faces a challenge from long time area Attorney Joe Ermeti of Sidney, who is gathering signatures for petition to force a Republican Party Primary in June, he told WCDO news Why he is running:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Ermeti gathers enough signatures, the Republican primary would be held on June 27th, Smith already has the Conservative Party’s endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

37 year old Ronald Bodden of Binghamton was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in State prison for smuggling methamphetamines into the Broome County Jail. Bodden possessed a quantity of methamphetamine while being booked into the jail on an unrelated charge, he pleaded guilty to Promoting Prison Contraband according to Broome County District Attorney Mike Korchak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A.M. NEWS THURSDAY 3-30-23<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Delaware County Sheriff’s office arrested 29 year old Cassidy Uzenski of Franklin after an investigation of a motor vehicle accident January 14th. Deputies responded to a roll over motor vehicle accident on State Highway 28 in the Town of Franklin, Uzenski was transported to a hospital due to injuries received from the accident. Deputies obtain a blood sample, it was discovered that Uzenski had been operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, she was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a bac of .08 or more, moving from lane unsafely, fail to keep right and failure to obey a traffic control device. Uzenski will appear in the Town of Franklin Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
