A Broome County grand jury on Friday handed up an indictment against 39 year old Aaron Powell on 2 counts of 2nd<\/sup> degree murder and 1 count of 1st<\/sup> degree murder in connection with the\u00a0March 22nd<\/sup> murders of <\/a>his estranged wife Christina Powell & 24 year old Mario Masciarelli.\u00a0 The 2 were found murdered in the Powell family home in Binghamton; Powell was apprehended several days later.<\/p>\n
