Oneonta fire fighters responded to a blaze at 34 Watkins Avenue Sunday morning.\u00a0 No one was home when the fire broke out, it was reported by neighbors at around 8:40 AM.\u00a0 Fire crews from West Oneonta, Otego, Worcester, Sidney and Franklin were called in, the Joseph family will be staying with relatives, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.<\/p>\n
