Governor Cuomo has directed that flags on state government buildings be flown at half-staff today, in honor of the victims of the marathon bombing in Boston. Members of the New York National Guard were deployed to Boston to assist with the investigation into Monday\u2019s bombing that killed 3 and injured more than 180.<\/p>\n

The Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 44-year-old David Crane of Smyrna for Aggravated Criminal Contempt, 4th<\/sup> degree Criminal Mischief and Resisting Arrest.\u00a0 Crane is accused of violating an order of protection, engaging in a domestic dispute & fleeing the scene before deputies arrived.\u00a0 Deputies & State Troopers returned to the scene and were able to locate Crane in a crawlspace, he was apprehended without incident.
