State Police and the Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 31-year-old Matthew Wolfanger of Owego County on an active arrest warrant for the charge of Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of Address Change. Wolfanger was arraigned in the Town of Greene Court and released on his own recognize, he is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Greene Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
