The arrest followed a traffic stop on Interstate 88 for Failure to Move Over for an Emergency Vehicle; Ladd was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Fenton Court on April 18<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>State Troopers arrested 51-year-old Eve<strong> <\/strong><strong>Pierson of <\/strong>Cooperstown for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. The arrest resulted from a 911 complaint of an erratic operator on State Route 28 in Milford; Pierson was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Milford Court on April 16<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>NYSEG reminds contractors and customers to call Dig Safely New York at 811 to have underground facilities marked before beginning any excavation work. Every year, there are dozens of incidents of third-party damage of NYSEG\u2019s underground natural gas and electric facilities.
