Governor\nAndrew Cuomo announced the 2nd confirmed case of Coronavirus, the patient is a\nman from New Rochelle in Westchester County in his 50’s who was diagnosed with\na respiratory illness, and He is hospitalized in New York City in serious\ncondition. The patient is an attorney,\nwho works in Manhattan, & he recently traveled to Miami, the case cannot be\ntraced back to China or any other foreign travel. Governor Cuomo also signed into law the $40\nmillion emergency appropriations for the State’s coronavirus response. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Norwich\nPolice Department arrested 32 Year Old Alexander Guzman of Norwich Monday in\nconnection with a number of burglaries around the city since last summer. Guzman was charged with 8 counts of Burglary,\n6 counts of Criminal Mischief & 2 counts each of Grand Larceny & Petty\nLarceny, for allegedly breaking into several businesses & churches &\nstealing items and damaging property. \nGuzman was released with an appearance ticket for Norwich Court at a\nlater date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
