The State DEC announced the release of final regulations to\nimplement the Plastic Bag Waste Reduction Act, which goes into effect on March\n1st. After a review of the\napproximately 2,500 comments received during the 60-day public comment period\nand a public comment hearing, these final regulations will be published in the\nState Register on February 26th at dec.ny.gov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
