The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old\nIsaah Mann for criminal mischief, for allegedly destroying a cell-door window\nwhile he was an inmate at the Delaware County Correctional Facility. Mann will be arraigned in the Town of Delhi\nCourt on January 21st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The state Education Department announced that the graduation\nrate for the Class of 2019 was 83.4%, up less than a percentage point from the previous\nyear.
