Governor Cuomo did not combine his\nExecutive Budget Proposal with his State of the State Address Wednesday; he is\nexpected to announce a date for a budget presentation shortly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A group of Unadilla area residents are\nattempting to open a food Co-Op in the village, following the recent closing of\nthe Unadilla Great American supermarket. \nUnadilla Businesswoman Jackie Carey is helping to organize this effort:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fox Hospital announced the\nrecertification of its Cardiac Rehabilitation program by the American\nAssociation of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.   To earn the accreditation, Fox\u2019s program\nparticipated in an application process that requires extensive documentation of\nthe program\u2019s practices;   A.O. Fox\nHospital\u2019s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program has been accredited by AACVPR\ncontinuously since 2007.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Delaware Academy School Board has\nappointed Business Manager Carey Schultz as the interim superintendent.  Schultz replaces Jason Thompson who is taking\na similar position at a larger district after 9 years in Delhi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police & Broome County Sheriff’s Department announced that a high-speed chase early this morning ended with a vehicle fire on I-88 eastbound between Exits 1 and 2.\u00a0 More information is expected to be released later today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New York would automatically add any\ncitizen that fills out a state form to the voting rolls under a revised bill\nset to head to the state Senate as early as today.  A similar bill failed to pass last year &\nhas been re-worded; it has the support of Governor. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Court documents have been released\nshowing that State Assemblyman Brian Kolb blamed his wife for his New Year’s\nEve Drunk Driving arrest.  Kolb allegedly\nclaimed \u201cYou know how women drive.\u201d after being arrested, his BAC was .16,\ntwice the legal limit, he has already stepped down as the Republican minority\nLeader, some lawmakers are calling for him to resign.  Kolb was driving a state-issued 2018 GMC SUV\nduring the incident.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
