The Village of Deposit announced that voters have decided to\ndissolve the village Police Department and the Village court. The vote to dissolve the police department\nwas 229 to dissolve, 156 to keep the department, the vote on the village court\nwas 235 to dissolve and 150 to keep the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fox Hospital is partnering\nwith the New York State Dental Association at FoxCare Dental Associates at 1\nFoxCare Drive in Oneonta on Saturday, February 1st for a free day of dental\nservices to children 18 and under and pregnant mothers. State Police arrested 31 year old Ian Frankl of Morris for\nDWI, after Troopers were dispatched to a report of a single car crash on State\nHighway 7 in the town of Otego. \nComplainants reported to troopers that a mailbox had been damaged and\nthat the driver left the area. Frankl\nwas arrested & was released on appearance tickets to the town of Otego\ncourt tomorrow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police arrested 54 year old John Buffa of Plymouth for\nDWI, after Troopers were dispatched to an accident on County Road 16 in the\ntown of Plymouth. The driver of the\nvehicle had left the scene and was walking along County Road 16, knocking on\ndoors asking for a ride, troopers located Buffa, & after failing\nstandardized field sobriety tests, Buffa was arrested. Buffa was transported to Chenango Memorial\nHospital for further evaluation. After\nhe was released, he was processed then provided appearance tickets to the town\nof Plymouth court for today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New York State mandates ALL employers to adopt a\nsexual harassment prevention policy as well as to train ALL employees on sexual\nharassment prevention. Delhi Police Department arrested 35-year-old Tyson Robb of\nDelhi for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Moved\nfrom Lane Unsafely, Failure to Keep Right, Driving on a Sidewalk and Refusal to\nTake a Breath Test. Robb was arraigned at Delhi Town Court where he was\nreleased on his own recognizance. Robb\u2019s driving privileges were temporarily\nsuspended at Court pending a DMV administrative hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
