The law expands prior authorization exceptions and\nrequires insurance companies to cover additional services and procedures\nrelated to existing surgical or other invasive procedures, concurrent symptoms\nand associated side effects.&nbsp;&nbsp; This new\nlaw will take effect in 90 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Broome County Sheriff\u2019s Office is currently\nlooking for Eric Marks of Conklin on an outstanding warrant.&nbsp; Marks is a White Male, 6\u2019 4\u201d, 220 Pounds,\nwith Brown Eyes &amp; Hair, anyone with information on the location of Marks is\nasked to contact the Broome County Sheriff\u2019s Office at\ngobroomecounty.com\/sheriff\/warrants or by calling the 778-1196.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Delaware County\nSheriff&#8217;s Office is asking the public&#8217;s assistance with 2 forced entry\nburglaries on December 9th at the Mirabito Convenience Store and Subway at 494\nWest Main St. and the Hancock Post Office.&nbsp;\nAuthorities asks that anyone with information regarding these burglaries\nto contact the Delaware County Sheriff&#8217;s Office Investigators at\n(607)-832-5629.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State Police at Oneonta arrested 37 year old Hector\nReiter of Otego for the felony Aggravated DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed\nOperator, after a trooper initiated a traffic stop on Lower Main Street in the\ncity of Oneonta after he observed Reiter operating a vehicle in an unsafe\nmanner.&nbsp;&nbsp;
