Dylan Robinson,\nAlexander Borgreen & Nicolas Meridy were arraigned for 2nd degree Murder,\n1st degree Burglary, and Attempted Robbery, Meridy is still being held without\nbail; Robinson and Borgreen\u2019s are being held on $25,000 cash Bail or $50,000\nBond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie Shulgay of Worcester pleaded guilty to 4th degree\nGrand Larceny, for stealing about $33,000 from an elderly couple that she\nworked for as a caretaker. Shulgay was\nsentenced to 12 weeks in jail and five years of probation, she has already\ncomplied with full restitution<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force\nexecuted a narcotics search warrant Wednesday in Binghamton; they arrested 32\nyear old Christopher Fox on a variety of Drug charges. Officers seized 24 grams of Fentanyl, plus\nmarijuana, drug packaging materials and approximately $ 7,400 in cash from\nsuspected drug sales. Fox was arraigned\n& was remanded to the Broome County Jail pending future court action<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otsego County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22 year old John\nMorton of Fayetteville, for the theft of a motor vehicle from the Village of\nCooperstown on December 1st. Police were\ncalled to Stewart’s following the complaint by a patron that when she returned\nto her car from inside the store, her vehicle was gone; she did leave the car\nunlocked with it running. State Police\nlocated the vehicle on State Route 28 in Richfield Springs, Morton was charged\nwith 3rd degree Grand Larceny, & 2 counts of Petty Larceny, he was\narraigned & remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $2000 cash bail or $4,000\nbond pending future court action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
