He is believed to be in the Norwich,\nAnyone with any information is asked to contact the State Missing Persons\nclearing house at 1-800-346-5363, or the State Police Troop C headquarters at\n561-7400.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Tuesday, Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Department\nInvestigators, assisted by Correction Officers, arrested 29-year-old William\nLaraby of Utica, for Promoting Prison Contraband.&nbsp; Laraby is incarcerated at the Delaware County\nCorrectional Facility on an unrelated Sexual Abuse, charge, is accused SubOxone\n&amp; another controlled substance while inside the facility.&nbsp;&nbsp; Laraby remains incarcerated at the Delaware\nCounty Correctional Facility &amp; will be arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court\non December 17th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delaware County Sheriff Deputies responded to County Hwy 21\nin the Town of Walton for a report of a property damage auto accident\nSaturday.&nbsp;&nbsp; Deputies arrested 49 year old\nJoseph Lavin of Collingwood, New Jersey for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful\nPossession of Marihuana, Speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to keep\nright.
