The new data further validates that New York&#8217;s\naggressive actions are keeping the state on track to achieve Governor Cuomo&#8217;s\ngoal of &#8220;Ending the Epidemic&#8221; by the end of 2020. Additionally, data\nfrom 2018 shows 82 percent of newly diagnosed New Yorkers were connected with\ncare within 30 days of being newly diagnosed with HIV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The 1st Congregational Church of\nSidney will close its doors at the end of the Month.&nbsp; The church opened in 1808, Pastor Patricia\nRobinson is retiring &amp; the Board of Directors decided to shut the doors as\nmembership has declined to about 50.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State Police &amp; Broome County\nEmergency crews responded to a 20 car pile-up on I-81 in the town of Barker\nnear Castle Creek Sunday afternoon.&nbsp; The\ncrash was due to slick roads from the freezing rain &amp; snow, no injuries\nwere reported, the investigation is continuing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governor Cuomo today signed\nlegislation enacting the Nuisance Call Act, which closes a loophole in the Do\nNot Call Registry and requires live telemarketers to give consumers the option\nto be added to the seller&#8217;s do-not-call list.
