Deputies accused Swart\nof making threats of physical harm to the deputies &amp; resisting arrest, he\nwas taken into custody, &amp; was arraigned at Hamden Town Court and was\nremanded to the Delaware County Jail on $1,500 bail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governor Cuomo signed legislation\nprohibiting consumer reporting agencies and lenders from using the credit\nscores of people in a consumer&#8217;s social network to determine that individual&#8217;s\ncredit worthiness.&nbsp; The US General\nAccounting Office has estimated that some 75 percent of credit scores are wrong\nbased on incorrect information collected by credit bureaus and attached to\nindividual credit scores.&nbsp; This new law\nwill prevent credit agencies from using this data to determine an individual&#8217;s\ncredit score, this law goes into effect immediately.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Delaware County Chamber of\nCommerce will hold their next networking breakfast on December 6th from 8:30 to\n10:00 am at the Feather &amp; manslaughter following a 2-car crash on the\ncorner of Chapin Street and Leroy Street on Thursday afternoon.&nbsp; Binghamton Police responded to the report of\na 2 car crash with the vehicle than crashing into a house, 5 people were\ninjured &amp; 1 unidentified person was killed.&nbsp;\nPolice accused Burnside of driving His Honda too fast through a Stop\nSign &amp; colliding with a BMW, whose driver was killed as a result of the\ninjuries sustained in the accident, Burnside&#8217;s passengers suffered non-life\nthreatening injuries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State Senator Fred Akshar released\nhis latest Community Voice Survey on the public financing of political\ncampaigns.
