Charles D. Cook County Office Building, 111 Main Street,\nDelhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nState DEC are reminding Hunters are prohibited from bringing whole carcasses of\ndeer, elk, moose or caribou into the state under new regulations to stop the\nspread of chronic wasting disease.&nbsp; Chronic\nwasting disease hasn\u2019t spread to New York yet this year, and regulatory changes\nthat took effect this week are aimed at keeping the disease out.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Hunters\ncan bring only certain parts of deer and related species into the state, including\ndeboned meat, cleaned skull caps, antlers with no flesh, hides, cleaned jaw and\nfinished taxidermy products.&nbsp; DEC officers\nwill be monitoring roadways along state borders and will confiscate and destroy\nillegally imported carcasses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25-year-old\nMark King of Oneonta pleaded guilty to violating the federal Sex Offender\nRegistration and Notification Act.in federal court, after failing to register\nwith authorities of his address change to Oneonta.&nbsp; King was convicted of attempted sexual abuse\nof a minor in Alaska, he was ordered to register as a sex offender, and he\nmoved several months ago to New York State &amp; failed to register his change\nof address.&nbsp; King has pleaded faces up to\n10 years in prison, $250,000 in fines &amp; 5 years to life of post-release\nsupervision, he will be sentenced in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New\nYork Central Mutual Insurance broke ground on a 35,500-square-foot building at\nits headquarters in Edmeston Today.&nbsp;\nCompany officials announced that the new building will offer additional\nconference rooms, work stations and offices, as well as a 600-seat auditorium\nfor events and town hall meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nGreater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce selected The Raymond Corporation for its\n2019 Corporate Citizen Award.
