The Otsego County Board of Representatives has\napproved $230,000 in emergency funding to go towards fixing the leaky roof at\nthe Otsego County Jail in Cooperstown. \nThe roof on the 30 year old Facility leaked on October 31st after heavy\ndownpours, 33 inmates were moved to the Delaware or Albany County Jails, they\nwill not return until January or February of next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Binghamton Police have arrested a 17 year old in\nconnection with the shooting of an unidentified 19 year old male in the arm, on\nBinghamton’s Southside Wednesday afternoon. \nThe 17 year old was charged with attempted murder & criminal\npossession of a weapon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
