Babcock was released on an appearance ticket for Town of\nDelhi Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting today, November 1st, 2019, New York State law\nrequires any child under the age of 2 to ride in a rear-facing car seat. Did\nyou know that many car seats are designed with greater height and weight limits\nand can keep a child rear-facing, even beyond age 2?
