Dinapoli said that the charges resulted from\na joint investigation conducted by the Comptroller\u2019s office and State Police,\nBarnes allegedly wrote $4,788 in village checks to herself for her personal\nuse, & she faces grand larceny charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governor Cuomo today signed\nlegislation prohibiting the performance or supervision of a pelvic exam on an\nanesthetized or unconscious person without informed consent.
