The report\nrecommends more thorough inspections, a requirement that all limo passengers\nwear a safety belt. The Broome County Sheriff’s Department responded Sunday to a\nDisturbance on Hancock Road in the Town of Colesville. Responding deputies\nidentified 35 year old Clifford Whitman Jr., as being involved in the dispute,\nhe had an active Felony Warrant out of Susquehanna County Pennsylvania for his\narrest. Whitman fled through the woods;\nhe was taken into custody after a quarter mile foot chase & was turned over\nto Correctional Staff for arraignment. One Deputy sustained minor injuries\nduring the struggle, which did not require medical care. Whitman was charged as a Fugitive from Justice,\nplus 2nd degree Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest\n& Obstructing Governmental Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otsego County Sherriff’s Deputies responded Monday to a 3\nvehicle accident in Milford. 45 year old\nTimothy Mower of Ilion allegedly fell asleep at the wheel of his truck, &\nhit 2 parked cars on Main Street in Milford. \nMower was ticketed for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, failing\nto keep right and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, due to\na previous DWI conviction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
