The Chenango County Department of Public Works will close\nCounty Road 29, between the Bryant \/ Dilly Hill Road Intersection and Lake\nRoad, in the Town of New Berlin tomorrow, for the replacement of a large\nculvert. The road is expected to be\nclosed for 1 to 2 days, the traveling public shall be asked to seek alternative\nroutes. Local traffic shall be allowed to and from their homes. The State DOT will hold a public information meeting on\nTuesday, September 17, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Bainbridge Town Hall, to\nprovide details about plans to improve the pavement condition on State Route\n206 from Case Road in the town of Bainbridge to the bridge over the Susquehanna\nRiver in the village of Bainbridge. The\nmeeting will begin with a formal presentation at 6 p.m. followed by a question\nand answer session with DOT representatives. \nThe project is scheduled to begin in the 2020 construction season and\ntake one and a half seasons to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 63-year-old\nSteve Luscomb of Downsville, Friday for Driving while Intoxicated, Reckless\nDriving, Failure to Keep Right, Unsafe Tire, and Refusal to take a Breath\nTest. This arrest followed a property\ndamage accident on State Highway 8 in the Town of Masonville.
