Norwich City Police have charged a 3rd person in connection with the beating on Lackawanna Avenue recently that left the victim with a skull fracture & blind in 1 eye.\u00a0 30 year old Tyrone Lester Jr., of Norwich was charged with 1st-degree assault, he is accused of participating in the assault along with Jonathan Booker and Hannah Bard, all 3 face additional court action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
