Possemato was arraigned and remanded to the Delaware County\nCorrectional Facility on $1,000 cash bail pending action in Village of Walton\nCourt on a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The State Department of Labor today released preliminary\nlocal area unemployment rates for July 2019.
