Smith is\naccused of possessing Marijuana, Suboxone and Methamphetamine at the time of\narrest; she was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Faculty with no\nbail as result of the arrest warrant, and is set to appear at Delaware County\nCourt for further court proceedings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 49-Year-Old\nThomas Newman Jr of Hancock Thursday on\n2 counts of Criminal Contempt, for allegedly violating an Order of Protection\nissued by Delaware County Family Court on 2 separate occasions recently. Newman\nwas arraigned at Delhi Town Court, and was remanded to the Delaware County\nCorrectional Facility on $500 cash bail or $1,000 in secure bonds. Newman is scheduled to re-appear Hancock Town\nCourt at a later date to answer for these charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
