Garrison is a white female, 5&#8242;\n7&#8243;; she may be driving a red 2012 Chevy Traverse with NY license Plates\nHXK-6632.&nbsp; Anyone with information is\nasked to call State Police at Troop C in Sidney at 561-7400. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Governor Cuomo is proposing a new Law to specifically\npenalize domestic terrorism a response to recent mass shootings across the\ncountry targeting Hispanics, Jews, Gays and other, by home grown radicalized\nwhite males.&nbsp; Cuomo said that the bill\nwould penalize those committing mass shootings as hate crimes should face the\nsame penalties of life in prison without parole, as those who committed the\n9\/11 terrorist acts.&nbsp; The bill could be\npassed this year if Cuomo calls lawmakers back to Albany by the end of the\nyear, or he could wait for the start of next year&#8217;s session in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Delaware County Fair continues tomorrow with a variety\nof events, spokesman Jason Craig explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Jason Craig Saturday)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 133rd Delaware County Fair ends Saturday night after the\nFireworks display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s\ndepartment &amp; State Police arrested 44 year old James Stiefel of Mount\nVision following the report of a domestic dispute Wednesday afternoon on Pine\nCliff Circle in Davenport.&nbsp; Stiefel is\naccused of forcibly entering the residence and threatening the occupant with a\nknife before fleeing; he was found a short time later &amp; taken into\ncustody.&nbsp;&nbsp; Deputies discovered that\nStiefel possessed a portable methamphetamine laboratory at the Davenport\nlocation, the State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team was\nsummoned &amp; sheriff\u2019s investigators obtained a search warrant.&nbsp;&nbsp; Stiefel was charged with burglary, menacing,\ncriminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment as well as\nseveral drug charges, he was remanded to the Delaware County Jail without bail\npending further court action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State Police arrested 60 year old Frank DiPasquale of\nSanford for DWI &amp; Criminal Possession of Marihuana, after Troopers observed\nDiPasquale failing to stop at a stop sign near Commercial Drive and Main Street\nin the village of Afton.&nbsp; DiPasquale was\nprocessed and later released on appearance tickets to the town of Afton court\nreturnable on September 26th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sunday Free Summer Concert Series continues in Afton\nSunday evening.&nbsp;
