Endicott Police arrested Smith last\nweek on a warrant for allegedly selling Suboxone in Hancock on two\noccasions.&nbsp; Kellam is being held on\n$15,000 bail, Smith was being held in the Delaware County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chenango County Planning\nboard 239 subcommittee approved a measure on the town of Guilford\u2019s Renewable\nenergy law this morning, Town of Guilford Supervisor &amp; County Planning\nBoard member George Senek comments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(George Senek 8-13-19)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senek said that the next\nGuilford town board meeting will begin at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the town hall,\nwhere the board will review the SEQR environmental Application; they may act on\nit, and possibly act on the Renewable Energy Law.&nbsp; The Energy law proposal follows a proposal by\nCalpine to erect up to 30 wind turbines in the town of Guilford.&nbsp; A Group known as the Concerned Citizens of\nGuilford opposes the plan and is questioning the legality of the process the\ntown is using with its renewable energy law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The State Department of Agriculture &amp; Markets announced\nthe presence of Listeria in raw milk collected from the Muddy River Dairy of\nOtego.&nbsp; Anyone who purchased raw milk\nfrom Muddy River Dairy should dispose of it &amp; contact the farm, more\ninformation is available at agriculture.ny.gov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The City of Oneonta announced that their contractor will\nbegin a water main tie in at East End Ave starting at 7:00 AM Wednesday.&nbsp; Affected streets include Main Street from\nForest Ave to the east end of the line, East End Ave from Main Street to\nChester Street, &amp; Reynolds Street from Main to Chester.&nbsp;&nbsp; The outages are expected to last a few\nhours. The intersection of Main Street and East End Ave will be closed to traffic;\n1 lane will be maintained on Main Street itself.
