State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating\n27 year old Amanda Lee Chandler of Oneonta. \nChandler was last seen about a week ago in the City of Oneonta and has\nnot had any contact with any family or friends, she is described as 5’5″,\napproximately 150 pounds, blue eyes, shoulder length brown hair with blonde\nends, she was last seen wearing a t-shirt, jeans and black sneakers. 39 Year Old Gary Nichols of Norwich was arrested officers\ngot a complaint of a trespasser going through a parked vehicle on Plymouth\nStreet. Residents chased the Nichols into a wooded area, Nichols allegedly\nstabbed one of the people pursuing him, & biting another person. The\nstabbing victim was hospitalized for 10 wounds to the head and torso. The biting\nvictim was treated and released from the hospital. Nichols was charged with 1st-degree assault,\n3rd-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and petty larceny &\ntrespassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
