The Chenango county sheriff\u2019s department arrested 19-year-old Amanda Sgroi of Norwich, on an active bench warrant from Norwich city court, for failure to appear to the sheriff\u2019s office to begin weekend sentences.\u00a0 Sgroi was arraigned in town of Norwich court & was remanded to the county jail; she will appear in Norwich court at a later date to answer to the latest charges.<\/p>\n
