Wilcox\nEmerging Young Artist Scholarship is this Friday, June 7th.&nbsp; The Scholarship is open to High school\nstudents in Chenango County and adjacent counties, the Emerging Young Artists\nprogram gives promising young artists a chance to exhibit and sell their work\nat Colors cape in Norwich in September.&nbsp;\nStudents who wish to participate can download an application at\ncolorscape.org.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oneonta\nCity Officials announced that work continues on Main Street with hydrant\ninstallations occurring between Hunt St and Fifth St, this week and next week.\nOne-lane traffic will be maintained on Main Street, and Side streets along this\nstretch may be closed to through traffic.&nbsp;\nAlso, Walling Avenue will be closed to through traffic today &amp;\ntomorrow, water customers will experience temporary water service interruption\nduring daytime working hours, more information is available at 432-2100.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Norwich\nCity Officials announced that 33 Mitchell Street should be razed.&nbsp; a back wall of the 1855 building fell down\nlast week, no one was injured and all occupants were evacuated.&nbsp; The building&#8217;s owners was notified &amp; has\n30 days to appeal the City&#8217;s decision.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otsego\nCounty Sheriff Department arrested 69 year old Dale Putnam of the Town of\nMaryland following an investigation into animal cruelty.
