The training is open to everyone. The trooper stayed with the vehicle for 2 1\/2 hours to\nensure everyone in the vehicle was picked up by a licensed driver with the\nproper safety equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Pennsylvania-New York Joint Interstate Bridge Commission\nwill conduct its annual meeting today at the Binghamton State Office Building,\n44 Hawley Street.
