He told WCDO News\nwhat he sees for the future of Health care:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Jeff Joyner 5-14-19)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joyner said that they are formulating plans to upgrade\nservices for the future at Fox Hospital in Oneonta &amp; the Tri-Town Campus in\nSidney, for possible implementation next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congressman Anthony Brindisi made appearances around his\n22nd district yesterday, to push for The \u201cStop for School Buses Act\u201d, following\nthe release of dramatic video in Norwich last week, of Samantha Call keeping a\nstudent from leaving her bus, when she saw a car passing the bus illegally.\nBrindisi is looking for a sponsor in the Senate, he said that the National\nSchool Transportation Association reports that 9 to 15 children a year are\nkilled getting on or off their school bus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Governor Cuomo &amp; state leaders announced that the State\nBudget includes legislation to provide new protections for student loan borrowers\nthat will require companies servicing student loans held by New Yorkers to\nobtain a state license and meet regulations governing other lending products,\nsuch as mortgages.&nbsp; This legislation will\nensure that no student loan servicer can mislead a borrower or engage in any\npredatory act or practice, misapply payments, provide credit reporting agencies\nwith inaccurate information or engage in other practices that may harm the\nborrower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thousands of NYSEG residents &amp; businesses in Broome County\n&nbsp;lost power early this morning, after a\ntree fell onto a transmission line in a wooded area near the Broome County\nSheriff\u2019s Office in the town of Dickinson at around 12:35 AM.&nbsp; NYSEG official said that the tree impacted\nnumerous substations, more than 5,000 customers lost electricity in Binghamton,\nCastle Creek, Chenango Bridge and Whitney Point, all the power was restored at\nabout 5:00 AM <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State Police arrested a Utica man for allegedly meeting up\nwith a 17-year-old and paying her to perform sexual acts.&nbsp; 57 year old John Stemen was charged with\npatronizing a prostitute, &nbsp;Stemen had\nbeen working as an aid in Congressman Anthony Brindisi&#8217;s Utica office, the\nCongressman fired Stemen last week when he was notified, Stemen faces court\naction on May 20th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Centers for Disease Control\nannounced that this year, the United States has seen the highest number of\nconfirmed cases since the disease was declared eliminated 19 years ago.&nbsp; Currently there are than 760 confirmed cases\nnationwide, Queens County ranked 4th nationwide currently in the nation for measles\nrisk factors, the biggest outbreak occurred in Rockland County earlier in the\nyear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A public hearing will be held by the Unadilla Town Board\ntonight at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall on State Highway 7 in Unadilla regarding\nthe adoption of Local Law No. 1, establishing the office of sole appointed\nassessor.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The proposed Local Law will\nbe subject to a permissive referendum.&nbsp; A\ncopy of the proposed Local Law is on file and may be examined in the Town\nClerk\u2019s office during regular business hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bainbridge Guilford Central School District is having a\nfollow up Safety Forum tonight, to address a variety of Safety concerns for\nstudents in &amp;
