The Warwick Rhode Island School district came under fire\nearlier this week, after they announced that students with school lunch debts\nwould be served cold sunbutter & jelly sandwiches. Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 39-year-old\nFrank Darmody of Hobart for felony DWI, Aggravated driving with a BAC of .19%,\naggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle & operating a motor\nvehicle without a required ignition interlock device. Deputies responded to a report of a\nMotorcycle Accident on McMurdy Brook Road in the Town of Kortright, Darmody was\narrested & was arraigned at Delhi Town Court and was remanded to the\nDelaware County Jail on $500 dollars\u2019 cash bail or $1000 bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
