Stantz died from\nthe injuries sustained from the incident, Laserinko suffered multiple\nfractures, and Wilcox will be arraigned on the indictment in Broome county\nCourt at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Broome County Sheriff&#8217;s Department responded Wednesday\nafternoon to Otsiningo Park in the Town of Dickinson, for the report of an\narmed robbery.&nbsp;&nbsp; 18 year old Zackary\nPound of Port Dickinson claimed he was held at gunpoint by unknown males and\nforced into a vehicle,&nbsp; it was determined\nthat a robbery did not take place and the incident was actually an unsuccessful\nmarijuana drug deal.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pound was charged\nwith making a false written statement and processed at the Sheriff\u2019s Office and\nreleased. He is to appear in the Town of Dickinson Court on a later date to\nanswer the charge. The investigation is ongoing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 17th Annual Delaware County Relay For Life will be held\ntomorrow at the County Fair Grounds in Walton starting at 11:00 AM.&nbsp;
