33 Year Old Kevin Wilcox of Harpursville has been indicted\non 15 counts in connection with an incident in Binghamton March 11th, where he\nlost control of his vehicle & struck 16 year old Harper Stantz & 19\nyear old Britney Laserinko, while allegedly impaired by drugs. Stantz died from\nthe injuries sustained from the incident, Laserinko suffered multiple\nfractures, and Wilcox will be arraigned on the indictment in Broome county\nCourt at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Broome County Sheriff’s Department responded Wednesday\nafternoon to Otsiningo Park in the Town of Dickinson, for the report of an\narmed robbery. 18 year old Zackary\nPound of Port Dickinson claimed he was held at gunpoint by unknown males and\nforced into a vehicle, it was determined\nthat a robbery did not take place and the incident was actually an unsuccessful\nmarijuana drug deal. Pound was charged\nwith making a false written statement and processed at the Sheriff\u2019s Office and\nreleased. He is to appear in the Town of Dickinson Court on a later date to\nanswer the charge. The investigation is ongoing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
