Moore is accused of getting into a domestic\non which resulted in a victim getting choked in the presence of children.&nbsp; Moore turned himself in to troopers, he was\ntaken to the Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">State Police arrested 27 year old David Baldo of Oneonta for\nDriving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled\nSubstance &amp; Unlawful Possession of a Marihuana.&nbsp; Baldo was stopped during a road check on\nLower Main Street in the town of Oneonta; Troopers were able to smell marijuana\nand located a quantity of marijuana and pills.&nbsp;\nBaldo was issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Oneonta Court\non April 23, 2019 and released to a sober third party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The State Department of Parks recreation &amp; Historic\nPreservation announced that Registration is OPEN! The\n&#8220;Single-use&#8221; plastic bags do not degrade, It is estimated that New\nYorkers use 23 billion plastic bags annually, and nationwide studies show that\napproximately 50 percent of single-use plastic bags end up as litter.
