State Police arrested 3 people Wednesday in the Town of Middletown, after they executed a search warrant at 104 Frog Alley Road in the Town of Middletown.\u00a0 Troopers arresting 57-year-old Victor Perez, 45-year-old Kris Perez, & 53 year old John Gilchrist, of Margaretville, for possession of cocaine. Troopers seized 46 packets of cocaine, as well as packaging materials, and a 12-gauge shotgun with ammunition.\u00a0 Victor and Kris Perez were both charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, they were arraigned in the Town of Middletown Court and were remanded to Delaware County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Gilchrist was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, He was released on an appearance ticket and ordered to appear in the Town of Middletown Court on March 28th. The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.<\/p>\n

The Unatego school district was forced to change last Friday night\u2019s performance of the 15th annual student & faculty variety show to tonight at 7:00 PM.\u00a0 The show will be held at the junior senior high school in Wells Bridge.\u00a0 Tickets for last week\u2019s cancelled show will be honored at tonight\u2019s show, tickets are still available at 988-5098.\u00a0 Money raised is going to help 3 area families with large medical expenses.<\/p>\n
