Delaware County Sheriff Deputies arrested 32 year old\nBradley Wallace of Delhi, on charges of Criminal Contempt, Unlawful\nimprisonment & harassment following a report of a Domestic Dispute in the\nTown of Delhi. Wallace is accused of restraining another person while violating\nan order of protection issued by Delhi Town Court. Wallace was arranged in the\nTown of Delhi Court, he was releases on his own recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police responded to a one-car fatal motor vehicle\naccident in the town of Harpersfield Monday Night. The driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado has\nbeen identified as 20 year old Clayton Collins of Jefferson; he was confirmed\ndeceased by emergency responders. Collins\ntraveled off the roadway for an unknown reason and into a large tree. The investigation continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
