The attempted murder case of 28 year old David Thomas of\nOneonta will be heard in Otsego County Court following a Grand Jury\nIndictment. Thomas faces charged is 2nd\ndegree attempted murder, assault, & strangulation following a domestic\ndispute, he is being held at the Otsego County Jail on bail pending future\ncourt action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
