Governor Cuomo today announced more than 520 new jobs will be created through the latest round of Recharge NY power allocations. Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 28 year old Justin Ziemba of Gilboa for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle,unlawful fleeing of a police officer, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving following a vehicle pursuit in the Town of Roxbury.\u00a0 Ziemba was observed driving in a reckless manner at a speed of 91 mph, Ziemba lost control of his vehicle and collided with an earth embankment.\u00a0 Ziemba was arraigned in the Town of Stamford Court and was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secured bond.\u00a0 He is scheduled to reappear at the Town of Roxbury Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
