Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 47-year-old Rafael Macken of Walton following a 1-car accident on County Highway 14 in the Town of\u00a0Franklin.\u00a0 Macken was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, 2nd<\/sup> & 3rd<\/sup> Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Failure to Keep Right.\u00a0 Deputies recovered a loaded .22 caliber handgun, a silencer, a switchblade and metal knuckle knives, a number of controlled substances and marihuana, Macken was arraigned in the\u00a0Town of Franklin Court\u00a0and was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bail bond.<\/p>\n

Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies arrested 27-year-old Lewis Ostrander of Hancock, as a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from Honesdale Pennsylvania on a Forgery charge. Ostrander was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and was remanded to the Delaware County Jail to await extradition back to Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

The Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested 22-year-old Stephanie Worthington of Delhi for 3rd<\/sup> degree Grand Larceny.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Worthington was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court and was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. Felony hearing is scheduled for March 11th<\/sup>. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
