Delhi village officials will host a public information meeting tonight regarding a potential natural gas distribution franchise within the village. State Troopers in Norwich arrested 17-year-old Joseph Jackson<\/strong>\u00a0of Oxford, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
