The Joint Landowners Coalition of New York announced that they would host Phelim McAleer at a screening of his documentary film, \u201cFrackNation\u201d at the Regal Theater in Binghamton, on Sunday, at 2:00 pm. A second screening is planned for Monday, February 11, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the \u201cEgg\u201d in Albany.\u00a0 The documentary disputeS claims made about Hydrofracking in the Josh Fox movie \u201cGasland\u201d and documents threats against McAleer from environmental extremists.<\/p>\n

The Chenango county sheriffs department arrested 41-year-old Shawn Lorenc of\u00a0Kirkwood\u00a0on an active Arrest warrant\u00a0for\u00a0unauthorized use of a motor vehicle issued by Town of\u00a0Greene\u00a0Court.\u00a0 Lorenc was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in the Town of Greene Court; he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail to reappear in the Town of Greene Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
