Delaware County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident Saturday on County Highway #14 in the Town of Franklin and arrested 25 year old Donald Stanton Jr. of Unadilla for Driving While Intoxicated.\u00a0 Stanton was also issued a traffic summons for Failure to Keep Right, he is scheduled to appear in Franklin Town Court at a later date..<\/p>\n

Delaware County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Lisa Merwin of Stamford Saturday for disorderly conduct, following the report of a domestic dispute in the Village of Stamford.\u00a0 Merwin was arraigned in the Town of Stamford Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail, pending court action this evening\u00a0 at 7:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
