Governor Cuomo, & State Leaders announced an agreement on the \u201cEnough is Enough\u201d legislation to combat sexual assault on college campuses. Cuomo commented about the need for teh legisaltion:<\/p>\n

The package includes a statewide definition of affirmative consent, a statewide amnesty policy, a Students\u2019 Bill of Rights distributed to all students, training for administrators, staff, and students, & a new unit within the State Police called the \u201csexual assault victims unit\u201d.

State Police at Sidney arrested 21 year old Nevin Cutting of Sidney Center, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .21%. While at an accident scene a Trooper witnessed Cutting drive up and park very closely to the rear of an ambulance and stop, at the intersection of State Routes 7 & 8, in the Town of Unadilla. Cutting was issued tickets returnable in the Town of Unadilla Court on June 22nd.

\nThe United Way of Delaware and Otsego Counties announced that the technical training for their 2016 funding application will be held today, at 9:30 A.M. in the Fox Care Center Conference room in Oneonta.
