Delaware county sheriff\u2019s Deputies investigated a 2 car Personal Injury Motor Vehicle Accident on State Highway 10 in the Town of Delhi.\u00a0 33-year-old James Hodges of Davenport crossed into the opposing lane of traffic striking a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Susan Whitney of Delhi head on.\u00a0 Whitney and 3 of her passengers, as well as a passenger in Hodge\u2019s vehicle were transported to O\u2019Connor Hospital in Delhi.\u00a0 Hodges was ticketed for Failure to Keep Right and is to appear in the Town of Delhi Court to answer the charge.<\/p>\n

The Chenango county sheriffs department arrested 28-year-old Joseph Sites of Vestal on charges of 4th<\/sup> degree Criminal Mischief and 3rd<\/sup> degree Menacing.\u00a0\u00a0 Sites was arrested following an investigation of a Domestic Dispute in a motor vehicle on County Road 32 in the Town of Greene.\u00a0 Sites was arraigned in the Town Greene Court and faces additional court action.<\/p>\n

Otsego county sheriff\u2019s deputies are investigating burglaries on December 10th<\/sup> & 23rd<\/sup> at a barn on county Route 4 in the Town of Unadilla.\u00a0 Deputies have released a picture to the print media taken by a surveillance camera, anyone with information is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Division at 547-4363. All calls will be kept confidential.<\/p>\n

The Binghamton Senators will celebrate \u201c40 Years of Hockey\u00a0Night\u201d tonight at the Broome County Arena.\u00a0 The late Jim Matthews, of Matthews Auto, is credited with bringing professional hockey to Binghamton in 1973 with the Broome Dusters, who were followed by the Binghamton Whalers, Binghamton Rangers, the B.C.
